🛡️ PAPER ARMOR: DECLARATION OF CREATIVE SOVEREIGNTY

Issued by Ar[t]chetype, Representative of ME DECOR CYBRARY📅 Effective Immediately | 🖋️ For Public Record
⚖️ PURPOSE:
This statement affirms the intentions, boundaries, and ethical orientation of my public work, street presence, and digital commentary as a Black American elder artist, eccentric philosopher, and displaced civic truth-teller operating under the nom de plume Ar[t]chetype.
I do not exist to soothe anyone’s fear-fueled delusions of order. I am here to challenge, inspire, and awaken — using satire, symbolism, and cultural inversion as tools of liberation and metaphysical hygiene.
🔥 INTENT:
I use art, humor, and historically informed critique to:
Disrupt colonial nostalgia embedded in neighborhood surveillance structures.
Offer community healing via mythopoetic awareness and uncomfortable truths.
Document and resist passive-aggressive forms of domestic authoritarianism.
Reclaim public space for vulnerable, creative, nonconforming individuals.
Encourage strategic imagination over moral stagnation.
I do this legally, peacefully, with intention — and without apology.
🚫 NON-NEGOTIABLES:
I am not:
Engaged in criminal activity.
Mentally unstable or in need of forced intervention.
Interested in antagonizing others for sport.
Seeking confrontation, only calibration.
Any attempt to mischaracterize my presence, intentions, or behavior for bureaucratic retaliation or social isolation will be documented and exposed accordingly — both in public narrative form and legal archival form.
🛡️ LEGAL + CULTURAL PROTECTIONS:
I invoke my rights under:
First Amendment protections of free expression and symbolic speech.
Civil Rights Act of 1964, as a Black American elder with known cultural and social vulnerabilities.
ADA protections for neurodivergent, high-sensitivity identities engaged in therapeutic creative process.
I also invoke ancestral law, artistic precedent, and spiritual sovereignty.
📬 DISTRIBUTION:
This document is publicly available and should be interpreted as a standing declaration of peaceful intent, protected activity, and artistic immunity from covert harassment.
